Domestic Buyers: Our items ship using USPS First Class Mail within the handling time of 1 business day after receiving payment (Monday-Friday). Please ensure that the shipping address you provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for un-deliverable or wrong shipping address issues. In the unlikely event of a delay or loss during shipping, we will work with you and USPS to find a resolution. If the item hasn’t arrived by 14 business days after purchase a new package will be sent to you. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and public holidays DO NOT count as a business day.
International Buyers: International Shipping ETA is 21-45 business days. Please allow up to 1 month for custom clearance in some areas/countries. Some customs offices may require action from the recipient for delivery. Import duties, tax and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
RETURNS: All returns must be within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or a refund. Any product returned must be shipped to us in the original packaging and the item must be in the same condition you received it – new – unused – resell condition – free of any damage.  Any item that has been damaged due to installation or improper use are NOT eligible for return.
