26mm (1 inch) metal dome tweeter
removed from my LCR6 S2 speakers, manufactured in England in 2001.  Please see the large photos and read the remaining description to decide if this superlative high frequency driver is correct for your needs.

This B&W tweeter is in clean, excellent condition.  The aluminum alloy radiating surface is flawless with no dents or dimples.  Plus, the faceplate is in great shape with perfectly solid mounting ears.  And, the resonance-reducing tapering tube attached to the very large magnet structure is perfect as well.  Overall, this Nautilus tweeter is practically indistinguishable from new!
Most importantly, it’s been fully tested and sounds outstanding as you’d expect from B&W—very clear, detailed, and “sparkly” with its 20kHz ceiling.  Plus, I tested its DC resistance 3.3-3.4Ω, consistent with a nominal 4 ohm driver rating.
Lastly, removal of your old tweeter is accomplished from the underside of the speaker baffle with the assembly rotated to unlock after the +/- harness is unplugged.  The speaker baffle must be removed to do this, which differs slightly from model-to-model.  In the LCR6 S2, both woofers must be removed, then the six screws hidden beneath the rubber cups that hold the grille in place.  It’s a fairly simple process that most anybody can tackle.
So, if you have blown or badly damaged high frequency driver in your LCR6 S2, or other suitable speaker, you’ve found the right listing!
