These were sent to media outlets for promotional purposes, to be used by writers doing reviews or features about the films, and were not sold at retail stores. The discs include still images from the movie on a CD-ROM, which is not a DVD. Press kits do NOT include the movie itself. Thumbnails shown on the text insert or booklet (when one is included) show the images found on the CD-ROM. When a booklet is included, it typically has production notes about the movie, and info about the cast and crew who made it.

This is the Digital Press Kit for the 2006 Disney Pixar movie "Cars," the first film in that franchise, starring the voices of Owen Wilson and Paul Newman. Includes two CD-ROM discs and two booklets! Both discs are CD-Rs with a green tint, but both are the original real-deal item from the studio, they are not copies.
CONDITION: The only thing that keeps this item from being like new is that the outer plastic case has some very minor "rubbing," and a two-inch diagonal scuff mark on the back of the case at the bottom. The booklets show some impressions from the plastic holders of the case that hold them in place. The 12-page (including covers) booklet titled "Image Match Prints" has color images of 25 stills from the movie that are on the CD-ROM. The 58-page (including covers) second booklet has text production notes and cast/crew info, with lots of color images of the cars and the stars who voice them. Really a nice press kit!
