Offered for your consideration is a
DAYTON AUDIO
4 inch poly cone woofer
that was original equipment in their
B452
speakers. This recent-manufacture mid/bass driver may have also been used in other DAYTON speakers, but buyer is responsible for making that assessment based on their needs.

This DAYTON AUDIO woofer is in clean, excellent overall condition. It has a flawless poly cone, perfect voice coil dustcap, and permanent rubber surround. Plus, the black-enameled steel basket and magnet structure are both in perfect shape. Plus, the +/- terminals are keyed for polarity (wider spade = pos) and I’ve left a length of the factory input wires soldered to the terminals, neatly-bound, for the new owner’s convenience in retrofitting to their speaker. Overall, this DAYTON woofer is practically indistinguishable from new!
Most importantly, the woofer has been full tested and sounds great with clear, well-detailed midrange and solid low-end for the platform size. Plus, it’s rated to 20W and I tested its DC resistance at 7.9-8.1Ω consistent with a nominal 8 ohm driver rating. Lastly, the basket flange measures 4 3/16” across (5” from corners), it stands about 2¼” tall, and the mounting holes are spaced 3¼” adjacent / 4⅝” diagonal apart, c-t-c.
