Offered for your consideration is a
Monitor Audio
140mm (5½ inch nominal) poly cone bass/midrange driver
removed from my Silver Centre 10i speaker, manufactured in England c.1998.  This capable woofer was also used in the Silver 5i towers and likely other speakers in the same production-era Silver Series.
So, please see my large photos, the measurements, and read the remaining description to decide if this superb mid/bass woofer is correct for your needs.

This Monitor Audio woofer is in clean, essentially flawless condition.  It has a cosmetically and structurally perfect poly cone with flawless gold-plated phase plug voice coil center cap and
permanent
rubber surround.  Plus, the black injection-molded polymer basket and anodized bell cover over the large, shielded magnet structure are also in perfect shape.  And, the ¼” +/- terminals are keyed for polarity (red dot side = pos.) and have never been soldered on the spades.  Overall, this Monitor Audio mid-woofer looks practically new!
Most importantly, it’s been fully tested and sounds terrific—very detailed with clear, fast mid frequency coverage, and good low-end for the platform size.  Plus, the DC resistance tested at 6.5-6.6Ω, consistent with an 8 ohm nominal driver rating.  Lastly, the basket flange measures 5¾” square, it stands 3½” tall, and the mount holes are spaced 4” adjacent / 5⅝” diagonal apart, c-t-c.
So, if you have blown or damaged mid/bass driver in your suitable Silver Series speaker(s), you’ve found the right listing—your speakers will be sounding their best once again!  Plus, long discontinued, it’d make a wise spare to have around just in case.
