Both have the same Best Before Date & Lot Codes.
They were both purchased by me about 10 months apart at the same store!
CONDITION:
Both are Unopened in it's Original Sealed Packaging with Card Backing. PLASTIC TRAY IS BENT IN ON THE TOP & BOTTOM of the one with the card error.

WOW! - Perplexing - Is Batman really wanting to be a Disney Princess or is a Disney Princess really Batman? I guess he just wants to dress up. I watched the campy TV series, and now realize why Batman a princess was always fighting the drama queen villains. Guess its all in fun. Reminds me of a Batman quote: “
It’s not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me
.”
The identity card situation has occurred before with different Batman design PEZ Dispenser and Disney Princess' Card with different versions of each.
This is an
error
, it should be a Justice League packaging card.
Please note the tray is bent on the top portion, please see pictures.

This dispenser design was first introduced in 2016.
