The kit comes with all you will need to re-foam your 12 inch drivers.  Included are two professional quality 12 inch speaker surrounds, directions, acrylic speaker adhesive, and adhesive spreaders.  The instructions take you through the process of re-foaming your driver without removing the dust cap, which is the best way to maintain the functionality, performance and originality of your driver.
Dimensions are:  The inside diameter is 8 1/2 inches and the outside diameter is 11 5/8 inches.  These surrounds will fit speakers with a cone diameter of approximately 9 inches.  The inside of the surround is angled, which means that it slants with the speaker where it attaches to the cone.
