Step2 Direct is owned by The Step2 Company, LLC. We are located in Streetsboro, Ohio and offer a huge selection of Step2 products sold directly to you, our end consumer.
The concept of Step2 Direct began in 1999 as an online website for the fulfillment of daycare orders. We've realized that everyday Moms and Dads are tech savvy, ahead of the curve, and interested in ordering Step2 products and having them delivered directly to their home. We accept your order and payment and then send it to The Step2 Company warehouse (just a few steps from our office) for processing and fulfillment. We utilize Fed Ex as our main delivery provider along with several trucking companies for our products that are large and bulky. We currently offer delivery to the 48 contiguous US states.
SHIPPING
This item ships via FedEx Home Delivery/Freight Truck.
Once an order is shipped via FedEx Home Delivery, the estimated delivery time is 2 - 6 business days. For orders shipping via freight/truck delivery, the estimated delivery time is 3 - 10 business days. The actual delivery times vary depending on the distance from our warehouse to the destination. We ship from our factories in Northern Ohio.
RETURNS
Fed Ex Shipments - You may return an item shipped via Fed Ex within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges. The return shipping arrangements and expenses will be your responsibility. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
Truck Shipments - You may return an item shipped via truck (common carrier) within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping arrangements and expenses will also be your responsibility along with any additional fees the freight company may charge (i.e. holding/storage fees). Please do not refuse delivery. If your truck shipment arrives damaged or something is missing, please note this on the driver's copy of the delivery receipt and contact us immediately for further instruction.
