These were sent to media outlets for promotional purposes, to be used by writers doing reviews or features about the films, and were not sold at retail stores. Press kits do NOT include the movie itself.
Details about the press kit you will get in this auction:
This is the Press Kit for the 2002 DVD release of the Second Season of the Fox animated comedy series "The Simpsons."  It includes a 12"x 9" glossy envelope with the Simpson family in a couch gag on the front cover and an amended version of that same couch gag on the back cover.  Inside the envelope are Character Bios of the five main Simpson characters and a color image of each: Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie, with fun facts about each character. There also is a page of Homer & Bart 'isms with images of Homer and Bart in color.
There are no marks or bends on any of the interior pages. The outer envelope has some minor impressions but no tears or marks.
Note: There are no production notes, specs about the Special Edition DVD release or a CD-ROM with this auction, so be aware of that when you're bidding.
