    Description

    Hat is pleated on top with velvet and silk millinery flowers surrounding the rim.
    May need reshaped if choosing to wear. Noted a light water mark on crown (last photo).
    Inner circumference measures 20 3/4". No labels. You can see some raw edges of the pleated fabric at the floral edge - but they don't seem to be going anywhere.
