Vintage Colson Child's Tricycle Bicycle 1940's ?

Hi, Up for sale today is this cool old tricycle.I have given you many pictures for your inspection. Bolt that holds handle bars in place is missing, you will need to get one. One grip is missing. It has a Troxel Seat. Tried to picture for you the strip of metal that holds the seat down. There is a bolt and nut that go through the hole to hold the seat down, part of the loop is missing ,but I think that there is enough there that you can tighten it down, so the seat will stay. Front tire meas. 16 inches, back tires are 9 inches. Check out pics to determine condition. Looks like an earlier one to me not sure how old, maybe 40's. Any questions feel free!! Thanks for looking!!
