Vintage Harley Davidson Watch ticks & Toks But Big hand Is stuck In Time

This is a pretty rad Harley Davidson watch.
It would be even more rad if it would tick and rock and work like a clock. However, it does not.
She needs looked over. I don't see any exterior damage at all. So it wouldn't make sense to me to think it needs a lot of work.
