Vintage JBL LX5 Single Frequency Dividing Crossover Network W/ Original Box

Description

For sale is a single JBL LX-5 crossover is nice condition with the exception of paint chips on the front as seen in the photos. Also normal mounting related scuffs. Unit appears to be completely original and includes the original box in good condition considering age. Adjustment knob moves freely. This came from a working system, but due to the age of the parts, this is sold completely as-is. There will be no refunds or returns. This will be double boxed to protect the crossover and the original box.

I purchase single items as well as collections. You do not need to live near me. I have purchased over 1,000 pieces of equipment for my own collection and to restore.
I sell mostly vintage electronics. As such, these items are old and typically out of spec from when they were new. I do my best to test these items and make sure they work before they’re sent out, but I do not guarantee or represent that they will meet the original specifications. I may not even be able to test them, in which case assume that they don’t work. However, there are times where I may miss something. If that happens, I hope that you would agree that the most efficient way to take care of an issue is if you simply message me before opening a case or doing anything else. Selling items on eBay is a side effect of collecting vintage electronics. I need an outlet for these items online, so I have no reason to send you something that doesn’t work unless I’ve noted that it doesn’t. This is not my day job and I am not here to try to make a quick buck.
I will do my best to represent all major cosmetic damage to any items that I sell, but when you purchase something from me, expect minor scratches and nicks unless I’ve noted that the item is free of them.
I pack items correctly. I know what it takes to get an item to you safely. As a result, you may see that the shipping quote shown is higher than you’re accustomed to. Rest assured, I lose money on just about every item I ship when packing materials are considered, but if I don’t, I will absolutely refund you the difference. You will NOT have to ask for it.
I will do my best to get items out within a few days, however there are instances where that is not possible. Please see the handling time to know how long it may take for me to ship an item. The policies here are difficult in this regard because these vintage items in particular need to be moved and packed carefully. I do not want to damage anything by rushing. Buying the proper materials may also take time. I am not as fast as Amazon, but I guarantee I’ll pack better.
