The auto-balancing top plate is fitted with heat-resistant handles, ensuring employees don't burn themselves when accessing foods. Made of cast iron, the plates are durable, and they retain heat for long periods of time.
The Waring WDG300 panini press has lights that indicate when the unit is on and when it's ready to cook. It can be used to cook foods as thick as 3 inches, making it a great choice for preparing sandwiches and tortillas.
